Easily remove food scraps from the work surface by brushing them directly in to the garbage bag holder, which can accommodate up to 30 gallon size trash bags. The prep cart also come equipped with a paper towel holder that can fit up to a jumbo roll of paper towels. The height adjustable shelf sits between 18-24" inches off the ground, allowing you to position exactly where you need it. The shelf is perfect for holding plates, utensils, grill fuel like charcoal and wood pellets, as well as any other BBQ essentials you need by your grill or smoker.
