An electronic speed control with a digital display makes it easy to operate a full range of mixing speeds, from slow start for stirring to lightning fast for whipping. And the Automatic Feedback features kicks in more power if needed. A second port on the mixer head accommodates a blending shaft that turns this mixer into a stick blender that can puree and blend right in a bowl or pot. The port also powers an optional 2 cup chopper/grinder attachment for users that want to do even more with their mixer. Nobody does multifunctional better than Cuisinart®!
